Method: Wash

Take another pot, put two pots separately, add appropriate amount of water to boil. (If it is not dried noodles, just use a pot.).

The water in which pot is boiled first, the noodles will be served in which pot. After it is boiled, pick it up and transfer it to another boiling pot to continue cooking. (Why use two pots to cook the noodles? Because some salt is added during the production of the noodles, the water from the first pot of the noodles is used to make the sour soup, the taste will be worse.) If it is handmade noodles, cook them in one pot. Noodles are fine.

When the noodles are cooked, add the washed vegetables and boil.

Add an appropriate amount of noodle soup to the bowl in step 7, and add the cooked noodles. Taste the taste again, and add what is missing. Finally, add a little chicken essence (you can leave it alone), or add another poached egg, and the delicious sour noodle soup is ready.

fried fresh milk

preparation: 250ml milk, 20g sugar, 30g starch, 1 egg, appropriate amount of starch, appropriate amount of bread crumbs.

Method: Pour the milk into the pot, add sugar and starch and stir evenly, heat on a low heat to melt until the milk is thick, pour it in a crisper and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Pour the refrigerated milk on the chopping board and cut it into strips, put it in the starch and mix it evenly, then put it in the egg liquid and mix it evenly, and wrap it in the bread crumbs. Heat the oil in the pot, pour the milk sticks into the milk sticks and fry them on medium heat to make the surface golden, and then put it in a plate for consumption.

Preparation: 300 grams of flour, 20 grams of edible oil, 80 grams of sugar, 20 grams of black sesame seeds, 1 egg, appropriate amount of warm water, appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Purple Sweet Potato Glutinous Rice Ball

Preparation: 50 grams of purple sweet potato, 150 grams of glutinous rice flour, 30 grams of starch, 50 grams of sugar, and an appropriate amount of coconut.
