This is mainly because, just like pork trotters, tenderloin, ribs, buttocks, small white ducks will be sold separately after slaughter. In this way, the main cost used to make roast duck can be controlled within 10 yuan. Even after processing, it is profitable to sell it for another 18 yuan.
Therefore, low-priced roast duck on the street does not mean that it is a dead duck. If it can ensure that the ingredients are fresh and clean, it can still be eaten.
