On October 25, the Information Office of Liaocheng People's Government held the fourth press conference on the theme of "Go ahead, open up a new situation, and look at progress in the tough action", introducing the work situation of the city's implementation of the energy structure adjustment action. Dai Zhendian, a second-level researcher at the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, introduced specific measures to continuously optimize the energy structure.
First, actively promote coal-fired power projects. On the basis of fully considering the city's power supply, heating and steam supply, the "Liaocheng City Cogeneration Plan" was scientifically compiled, coordinated the construction of large-scale coal-electricity units, and planned to promote a batch of gas units. Urge Shandong Energy Group to find all the coal consumption replacement indicators as soon as possible, and promote the Xiangguang 2×660,000 kilowatt cogeneration project to resume work as soon as possible; support the construction of a new 350,000 kilowatt coal-electricity unit in Datang Linqing Thermal Power Plant.
The second is to promote photovoltaic projects in an orderly manner. Comprehensively sort out the progress of centralized photovoltaic projects, and actively apply for the list of market-oriented grid-connected projects of the Provincial Energy Bureau to strive for provincial development indicators; for basically completed projects, adopt the " one-to-one discussion " method, and work with the power supply company to properly promote the grid-connection of the project. Improve the photovoltaic project filing system, continue to strengthen inspection, supervision and scheduling, standardize market order, and orderly promote the pilot photovoltaic development of the whole county through regular notifications, model evaluation, summary and exchanges.
Third, we should carefully promote wind power projects. In order to standardize the development of wind power projects, the city will uniformly plan and layout wind power projects, coordinate the development of the wind power industry, and focus on supporting the development of key industries and key enterprises in Liaocheng City.
