Thank you for your attention to Inner Mongolia. In the past, when talking about Inner Mongolia, we mentioned more about "sheep coal and rustic gas". Now new energy has become our new growth point, which is also an important part of the energy base planned by the General Secretary for Inner Mongolia. Inner Mongolia has unique advantages in developing new energy.
For example, we call it "there is scenery above the head", "there is coal under the feet", and "there is the power grid in the hands". As the saying goes, "There is a scenery above your head", Inner Mongolia has 57% of the country's wind energy resources and more than 21% of the solar energy resources, with rich resources. The so-called "there is coal under your feet" is good for new energy, but it also has disadvantages. It is intermittent and volatility and requires peak shaving. At present, thermal power is still the best peak shaving tool. The large amount of coal resources in Inner Mongolia and the huge thermal power units provide the foundation and prerequisite for the next large-scale grid connection of new energy. As the saying goes, "There is a power grid in your hand", Inner Mongolia has a relatively independent Mongolian-Western power grid. The existence of the power grid provides the opportunity to try out the first-hand for the access to new energy and explore new power systems, and can explore ways across the country. At the same time, Inner Mongolia is also close to the load centers - Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, , Yangtze River Delta , with obvious cost advantages and Inner Mongolia's new energy advantages are very unique.
In the process of "chasing the wind and chasing the sun", five words can be used to summarize the work of Inner Mongolia.
The first is goal leadership. Last year, the Party Congress 1 clarified the goal of "two surpassing" and "two taken the lead". The "two exceeds" means that by 2025, our new energy installation capacity will reach more than 135 million kilowatts. At that time, our new energy installation capacity will exceed the thermal power installation capacity; by 2030, our new energy generation capacity will exceed the thermal power generation capacity. The so-called "two firsts" means taking the lead in the country to build an energy supply system with new energy as the main body and taking the lead in building a new power system with new energy as the main body in the country.
The second is planning first. We have successively issued new energy development plans, supporting plans for power grids and peak shaving layout plans.
The third is delivery baseization. The million- and tens of million-kW delivery bases will be planned with high standards, especially in accordance with the national plan this year, the construction of large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases of tens of millions of kilowatts of desert, Gobi and deserts will be implemented in Inner Mongolia, and the entire work is being carried out in an orderly manner.
The fourth is local consumption scenario. We avoid the traditional power generation and power sales model, and focus on six application scenarios, including wind and solar hydrogen production, source network load storage, zero-carbon industrial park, and self-produced power plant green electricity replacement. Through the introduction of scenarios, new energy generation and the load side are balanced, so as to maximize the consumption of new energy.
The fifth is the development of the entire industrial chain. We focus on the four major industrial chains of wind, light, hydrogen and storage, develop equipment manufacturing industries upstream, and extend the development of green chemical industries such as green hydrogen production and green ammonia downstream, and simultaneously promote productive service industries such as R&D innovation, operation and maintenance services.
