On September 28, workers were working hard to build the project construction base of the Airport Economic Zone Biomanufacturing Industrial Park. With the completion of the pouring of the last concrete of the main structure, the main structure of the project has been fully topped off, marking the project entering the masonry construction stage and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
The Biomanufacturing Industrial Park project is located north of Huandong Main Road 2 of the Airport Economic Zone of Binhai New Area and west of Huandong Main Road 6 of the Huandong Main Road. It is a key construction project for the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Management Committee to promote the development of new industries. It is invested and constructed by Tianbao Real Estate Company under Tianbao Holdings. The planned total land is 51,800 square meters and a total construction area of 58,700 square meters. The main buildings include a comprehensive service building, ten standard factories, two door and bathrooms and a substation. During the project construction period, all parties worked together day and night to overcome difficulties in terms of resource guarantee, technical optimization, organization and coordination, minimize the impact of the epidemic on the construction period, and help the project achieve the main capping node goal on schedule. It is expected that after the completion of the work by the end of December, it will rely on the industrial foundation of regional scientific research institutes, the leading biomedical leader, and the innovative technology enterprise, and introduce cutting-edge biotechnology, R&D and production outsourcing, new drug manufacturing, and medical equipment manufacturing enterprises to create an internationally renowned professional park with complete industrial space functions, complete industrial supporting system, and complete industrial ecological chain, to help Binhai New Area biomedical industry improve its development level.
