htmlOn September 26, the first "Shaanxi Nonferrous Cup" Employee Vocational Skills Competition opened in Shaanxi Nonferrous Yulin New Materials Group. Liu Hao, member of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Women's Vocational Committee, announced the opening of the competition. Tan Xiaorong, chairman of the Provincial Metallurgical and Building Materials Trade Union, delivered a speech, and Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group , Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board Ma Baoping delivered a welcome speech.
This competition is a concrete manifestation of the in-depth implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the work of the working class and trade union, and the spirit of the important instructions on the training of skilled talents in the new era. It aims to achieve training and competitions for all employees through skill competitions, focus on improving the professional quality and ability of employees to perform their duties, encourage employees to learn technology and practice skills, strengthen quality and compare contributions, create an industrial worker team that has ideals, keeps their technology and be innovative, dares to take responsibility and make contributions, and promotes the reform of the industrial worker team building in the new era to develop in depth. The
competition is sponsored by the Provincial Mechanical Metallurgical Building Materials Trade Union, hosted by Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group, and co-organized by Shaanxi Nonferrous Yulin New Materials Group. It is a provincial second-class competition. The competition lasts for three days, with two types of work: Tianteng and laboratory analytical (nonferrous industry), which are divided into theoretical examinations and practical operations, with a score ratio of 3:7.
Theoretical Examination uses computer answers. Tianchegong Theoretical Examination consists of a 5,000 question randomly selected 160 questions to answer. A total of 3 items are: hanging disk and woven frame fixed point throwing points, stable hook sticking eggs and hanging flower branches to insert wine bottles; the laboratory analysis (non-ferrous industry) Theoretical Examination consists of 8,000 questions to answer. A total of 400 questions are: preparation of EDTA standard solution and measuring trace iron by spectrophotometry of orthodioxide phenanthrene spectrophotometry are implemented in accordance with the requirements of the National Professional Qualification Level 3 (Senior Worker) Technical Outline stipulated in the " National Vocational Skills Standard ".
Tan Xiaorong pointed out in his speech that in recent years, the Provincial Mechanical Metallurgical Building Materials Trade Union has creatively held various labor and skills competitions in light of the characteristics of the industry, realizing the transformation from "elite competition" to "all-member competition" and "demonstration competition" to "universal competition". She asked trade unions at all levels in the non-ferrous system to take the first "Shaanxi Non-ferrous Cup" employee vocational skills competition as an opportunity to conscientiously implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and important speeches on the new era of vocational skills competition and skilled talents training, focus on all work requirements for the reform of industrial workers' team building, and focus on the implementation of reform measures such as ideological guidance, achievements, quality improvement, status improvement, and team growth of industrial workers, organize and guide the majority of employees to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsman spirit. 9 representative teams and 71 contestants from Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group's ownership enterprise participated in the competition. Qinchuan Group, Fast Group, Shaanxi Jiao Company and other companies participated in the observation.
It is reported that the contestant who won the first place in this competition was awarded the title of "Shaanxi Metallurgical Building Materials System Technology No. 1"; the contestant who won the second to fourth place was awarded the title of "Shaanxi Metallurgical Building Materials System Technology Expert"; the contestant who won the fifth to tenth place was awarded the title of "Shaanxi Metallurgical Building Materials System Technology Model"; among which, the first, second and third players were recommended by the competition organizing committee of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to be awarded the title of "Shaanxi Technical Expert".
