Schäfer Richard: Market participants who know Sigilia know that we are a manufacturer of windows, sliding doors, entrance door hardware and ventilators.

In order to make people's houses full of vitality and make residents feel comfortable in them. The 360-degree comfortable space that we at Silgilia are talking about now refers to a comprehensive view of this topic. How do we achieve interaction with user-oriented products, how do we innovate them in a sustainable process, and what services can we provide to customers throughout the entire process.
We are currently following the direction of 360-degree comfortable space and have established four stages of responding to customers, starting with "inspiration", leading with "planning", moving forward with "processing", and closing the loop with "experience". In this way, we can identify the needs of different market participants and then provide corresponding products and services.
Our goal is to clearly connect with the market participants related to these four stages and provide services according to their needs. So our challenge is to reach these market players and meet their needs.

Schäfer Richard: Digitalization plays a very big role in this, and we hope to reach our market participants in every possible way.
In this process, Silkilia insists on developing applications for end customers and accompanies customers in the initial "inspiration" stage. In addition, we develop applications for our smart products that accompany the user's final experience, which refers to product use in daily life.
