Li Hong is from Yaoshi Town, Shangzhou District. In 1986, after graduating from Xi'an University of Statistics, he bid farewell to the superior environment of Xi'an and came to Shangluo Smelter to engage in financial work. This has been done for ten years. Due to his outstanding work, he was rated as "National Advanced Accounting Worker" and was appreciated by the leaders. He was sent by the municipal government to Shangluo Paper Machinery Factory as deputy director.
"I have been working in the factory for many years, and my biggest feeling is stability. But later when I was in the paper mill, due to the environmental governance of the country, all the small paper mills were closed. The main product of the factory paper machinery immediately lost the market, and a large number of workers were laid off. I took the initiative to give up my position at the deputy department level and entered the city credit union as deputy director. After experiencing the laid-off storm, my mentality changed and I realized that there was no unchanging life. Instead of working passively, it was better to take the initiative to start my own business." Li Hong said.
After having the idea of starting a business on its own, Li Hong soon encountered an opportunity. He said, "At that time, the city credit union built a hotel called Chengxin Building, so I went to the leader to ask the hotel to contract it and entered the hotel catering industry. Since 2000, I have contracted four physical hotels in succession, namely Shangzhou Chengxin Building, Luonan Huayang Hotel, Danfeng Sunshine Hotel and Danfeng New Century Hotel."

I was in the most difficult period and even had the idea of giving up the hotel. I even tried some things in other industries, but I failed and returned to the hotel and catering industry again." Li Hong said.
After experiencing some ups and downs, Li Hong regained his momentum in 2019 and created a Shangluo-flavored restaurant. He chose a location near the city’s new landmark administrative center, and found a dedicated person to design it. Finally, he finalized the high-quality new Chinese style . This store focuses on polishing details, and the taste and service of the dishes are very popular among Shangluo people. In December 2021, they renovated the Haobaiwei Seafood Barbecue Restaurant on the first floor of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Mobile Road.
