I am Xia Xi, click "Follow" in the upper right. We will share with you the information about "personal growth", "interpersonal relationships", and "learning insights" every day. Welcome to grow and communicate together.
Do you have such a situation?
has been learning, but it seems that there is no progress; in the paid course of
, after listening to all the classes without a single session, it seems like you have forgotten everything after the camp is completed; you don’t want to miss any learning sharing in the
community, but the more you know, the more you are anxious.
Every day is arranged by various learning, for fear that once you slack off, you will be eliminated. In essence, people who do not know how to learn are still on the verge of elimination even if they are learning continuously for 365 days a year.
Because the real principle of learning is "related to me, for my use" . Please remember these 8 words and then start learning.

1 Block irrelevant information
When you decide to learn something, ask yourself three questions first:
- Which aspect of this helps me now?
- Do I have time to learn?
- What impact will it have if you don’t learn?
After answering these 3 questions, decide whether you want to study. This will easily block the copywriting that always makes you excited. Either you can do anything in a week or how much money can you make in a month?
Because learning is too anti-human. It requires you to persist, focus, self-discipline, and jump out of your comfort zone. So if you cannot answer these three questions, then you have no purpose for learning. One thing has no purpose, basically three minutes of popularity. If this continues, it will hurt your self-confidence.
and answers these three questions, it will help block the repeated information. After all, we cannot grasp the algorithm of big data, but it cannot determine whether we accidentally clicked in, but it will still recommend it crazy.
After any of your learning is purposeful, even the charming copywriting is just a message to you.

2 Avoid copy and paste
The taboo in learning, avoid doing low-level and time-wasting actions - copy and paste, is an unconscious and does not bring any thinking, but it will make you bring a familiar hallucination to yourself in a short period of time, so that you think you know it.
Only when I want to use it, I realize that I don’t know.
is like writing, which excerpts countless golden sentences and collects countless 100,000 articles, but I never write them myself, but I fantasize that I can write 100,000 articles with just one pen.
people who have not started writing will not think that this idea is a fantasy, but those who really write will know how hinder your learning. You want to learn to write, no matter how many books you read or how many courses you pay for, you can only really know how to write with one word, then a sentence, a paragraph, an article, or even a book.

3 Don’t simplify
You can find information online in any field. Search the approximate framework through thematic method, and then start from the details to trace the origin, explore how to connect with the known point you don’t know, and apply it to actual work.
Don’t pursue practical information, notes, mind map when studying. You think you can learn it quickly, but it is these shortcuts that you will never learn it.
Because these are other people's things, if you fix yourself in this thinking framework and don't understand it again, then your cognition will never be improved and can only be locked in other people's framework.
The pursuit of simplicity will change the essence of things. You can give examples to prove that the logic may be the same, but the essence of things is different.
If you have to simplify it, find a way to break this thing down into a concept that can be understood by minimizing it.
Because all complex things are piled up by simplicity, some may be three or five layers, and some may be thirty or fifty layers. If you simplify them directly, you will definitely lose some things.

4 Work-based thinking
completion is greater than perfection, and this is especially true for learning.
All learning must be a work that you have independently completed to be considered a real learning. For example, if you want to learn to edit videos, watching the course is just a means. The real purpose is that you can edit a video, no less than a video used as a case in class. Learning like
is related to you and is used by you.
The wave of lifelong learning has long hit us. Since we can no longer avoid it, we should just be more firm and more firm.
Repeat again: The principle of learning is "related to me and used for me".
Otherwise, it would be not worth it to waste such precious time!
