According to the requirements of the "Notice of the Inner Mongolia Archaeological Zone on the Examination Work Arrangements for the 2023 Nurse Practice Qualification Examination", the relevant work arrangements of the Ordos test site are now announced as follows:
1. Scope of application
Anyone who meets the registration requirements in the " Nurse Practice Qualification Examination Measures " (Minister Order No. 74) issued by the former Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security can register for the examination.
2. Registration method and on-site confirmation time
Exam registration shall be carried out in the form of "online pre-registration + on-site confirmation".
Candidates who meet the registration requirements will log in to the National Health Commission Talent Exchange Service Center official website (formerly China Health Talent Network http://www.21wecan.com) for online pre-registration, fill in personal registration information online according to the registration instructions, and print the "2023 National Nursing Practice Qualification Examination Registration Application Form" from the Internet.
On-site confirmation location: 9017
On-site confirmation time: December 27 and 28, 2022, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The specific arrangements are: each banner and district on the morning of the 27th, each municipal unit on the afternoon of the 27th; the municipal health schools and their affiliated hospitals on the 28th.
3. On-site confirmation specific requirements
(I) Registration materials that must be submitted
1. The "2023 Nurse Practice Qualification Examination Registration Application Form" printed through the online registration system, the candidate himself confirms the application information and signs, and submits it to the Banner and District Health Commission or municipal units, and submits it to the Municipal Health Commission on-site confirmation staff for signature.
2. The "2023 Nurse Practice Qualification Examination Registration Form" (Appendix 1) filled in and printed by yourself. Candidates must fill in the relevant content carefully, and stamp the official seal after verification by the personnel department and archive storage department of the banner district or the municipal unit.
3. All banners, districts and municipal units must provide a stamped roster of applicants (Appendix 2).
4. Original and copy of graduation certificate and ID card (new graduates submit certificates issued by the school). Candidates from other provinces must provide academic record file .
5. The "2023 District Nurse Practice Qualification Examination Entitlement Examination Commitment Letter" signed by the Health Commission of the Banner District or the municipal unit where the candidate is located (Appendix 3).
6. Banners and districts or municipal units are responsible for academic qualification inquiry, and sign and stamp the "Electronic Registration Form for the Ministry of Education's Academic Certificate" and stamp it with the official seal.
7. All registration materials must be enclosed with brand new, unnumbered transparent zipper bags.
(II) Photo requirements
1. The photos uploaded by the candidates in the registration system must be a white background, a small inch, a format of jpg, the file size is between 15-45kb, the head accounts for 2/3 of the photo size, the front of the face must not exceed the eyebrows, and the ears are exposed. Candidates who often wear glasses should wear glasses and not wear jewelry.
2. During on-site confirmation, you must submit 2 photos of Xiao Er's Inch on-the-white background, paste 1 on the examination registration form, and paste the other 1 on the copy of your ID card.
3. Be careful not to use photos with glue on the back.
(III) Other requirements
Application materials for candidates from individual clinics and private medical institutions under the banner are collected by the Health Commission of the Banner District under its jurisdiction, and academic qualifications are inquired together.
4. Online payment
Candidates should check the qualification review status of their registration system in a timely manner after online pre-registration and on-site confirmation. Candidates who pass the qualification review in the examination area must complete the online payment from February 3 to 14, 2023. Those who fail to pay the fee within the deadline should be deemed to have automatically given up the exam.
5. Print the admission ticket
From March 30 to April 7, 2023, candidates can log in to the official website of the National Health Commission Talent Exchange Service Center (formerly China Health Talent Network) to print the admission ticket.
6. Examination method, subject and time
2023 National Nursing Practice Qualification Examination continues to be conducted using the human-computer dialogue examination method. The examination subjects include professional practice and practical ability, with one round every half day. The specific examination time is scheduled from April 8 to 9. The specific time for candidates to take the examination shall be based on the time of their admission ticket.
7. Examination scores are released.
Examination scores will be announced on the official website of the National Health Commission Talent Exchange Service Center (formerly China Health Talent Network) within 45 working days after the end of the exam. Candidates can check their scores based on their admission ticket number and valid ID number, and download and print the transcript.
Nurse Practice Qualification Examination certificates have been fully electronically implemented. Those who pass the exam must download and print the certificate of passing the score through the official website of the National Health Commission Talent Exchange Service Center (formerly China Health Talent Network) within the specified time.
