From the student union department officer to the head of the student union, during college, as a candidate, I participated in no less than 10 interviews of all sizes, and I was fortunate to be an interviewer 4 times.

1. Dress appropriately, be generous and generous
You should pay attention to dress and etiquette during interviews. It is not necessary to be formal black, but it should be a little formal, dress neatly, be generous and decent, and avoid vests or slippers;
Secondly, be polite. Say hello to all teachers and interviewers before introducing yourself, express gratitude to the interviewer for being able to participate in the election, and express gratitude to the interviewer again at the end;
You should pay attention to smiling when giving a speech, glance at the interviewer calmly, full of confidence, and loud voice.
Don’t look around because of nervousness, lower your voice, or have some small twists and turns. If you can’t do the movements that are suitable for the speech, please keep it upright and smile.
2. Resume points, clear handwriting
The registration form submitted before the election is your first meeting with the interviewer.
Some schools will screen students who enter the interview based on the registration form or written test. Every year, a small number of students will regretfully lose the election because of sloppy handwriting and inconsistent content.
In the registration form, you should clearly explain your work experience, your own advantages and honors you have won, and it is best to answer them at a certain point.
Secondly, the handwriting of the registration form should be neat and clear, and the words should be like a meeting, leaving a good impression on the interviewer.
3. Self-introduction, careful preparation of
requires 1-2 minutes of self-introduction in advance, and do not be prepared without preparation on the spot to perform at will.
If your mind cannot keep up with the speed of your mouth, it will make the interviewer feel that your attitude is incorrect, not fully prepared, and just want to go through the motions.
Self-introduction content should be organized, divided into angles and aspects, highlight your own strengths and strengths, and avoid revealing your own weaknesses.

4.PPT is beautiful, clear logic
Choose a beautiful and brief PPT template, fill in your resume and what to introduce.
pictures and texts are all in harmony, distinguishing between the primary and secondary, and thinking is clear. Avoid displaying large paragraphs of text, as the interviewer has no time to read and cannot see clearly if the distance is far away.
PPT is mainly based on pictures and data, and can be accompanied by some simple text introductions. One or two sentences are enough. The rest must be said from your mouth.
Don’t keep bowing your head and read the content on PPT, as it will appear to be very unsatisfactory.
5. Be sincere in attitude, don’t be utilitarian
When accepting questions from the interviewer, be sincere in attitude and answer your situation truthfully.
There may be some questions that you have a blank mind for a moment and can’t think of the answer, but you still have to show the interviewer your firm campaign ideas and love for the position you are running for, and your humility attitude of being willing to learn even though you don’t know how to do it.
Most students are unfamiliar with their positions or departments they are running for when they first enter university, but if they maintain a constant learning attitude, they will be more likely to stand out from the average candidates and win the favor of interviewers.
