When I first joined the company, education was a vague word to me. I just felt that it was a profession to make a living, and I had to take every job seriously. In fact, during this process, no matter what kind of problems students have, I am trying to solve them in various ways. During this period, I was also sad because of students’ misunderstandings, and I doubted myself because of some difficulties encountered in class management. However, when I saw that the class I led had greatly improved due to my own efforts, and I even gained some "die-hard fans", my When your efforts are constantly recognized by parents and students, you realize that everything you have put in is so worth it. Whenever I experience the happiness that this career brings me, I can feel that I am loving it.
Fortunately, I have discovered that teachers possess my favorite qualities. Just as Lao Tzu said: "The best is like water." Water nourishes all things and moistens them silently; it tolerates all things without any regrets; it is pure and transparent, fair and selfless; it adapts to the situation and is flexible. On the road of pursuit, I am extremely lucky, and all the people I meet are shining people. I still remember that two years ago, when I first came to the high school, I received the news that I would be the class teacher. In August 2020, I received a notice that I would serve as the class teacher for the first year of high school. At that moment, I was surprised and happy. This was the leadership's affirmation of me. As I gained a better understanding of loving students, I realized that teachers should not only teach and solve doubts, but also help students grow up healthily and ignite students' yearning for truth, goodness and beauty. Although there are still many personality problems in the class, the overall situation is much better. Of course, it is not enough to just rely on your own hard work.
