In combination with the current epidemic prevention and control work arrangements, in order to better satisfy the general public In response to the needs of readers, Tai'an Library will continue to implement strict prevention and control measures from June 17, 2022, and the self-study rooms will be open by appointment and the total number of admissions will be controlled. now notifies the relevant matters as follows:
1. Opening hours
Tai'an Library is open to the public free of charge all year round
8:30 am to 17:30 (summer)
8:30 am to 17:00 (winter)
2 , Admission instructions
. In order to maintain a safe distance during the epidemic, the library's study rooms and reading rooms are under half-occupancy management, with alternate seating. There are 300 self-study seats available every day. Please do not occupy seats until they are full. Please take your belongings with you. This is a public resource and requires everyone's joint maintenance. . Readers who enter the library should cooperate with the staff to take body temperature, scan the venue code, present the health code, , itinerary code, and verify the nucleic acid test results within 7 days before entering the library. (Persons with yellow codes, red codes and asterisks on itinerary cards are not allowed to enter). . If the body temperature is found to be abnormal (37.3℃ and above) or those who have suspicious symptoms such as coughing are not allowed to enter the museum, they must also cooperate with our staff to carry out emergency response in accordance with relevant procedures. 4. While in the library, readers are required to take personal protection measures. Please wear masks at all times. When borrowing and returning books and periodicals, please keep a safe distance of more than 1.5 meters according to the guidance signs.
5. During the epidemic prevention and control period, readers are requested to consciously abide by relevant prevention and control work requirements, follow instructions, and avoid gatherings of people.
6. For elderly readers who do not have smartphones, please present your ID card and a printout of your health code, and cooperate with the staff to register your identity information and contact information.
3. Reservation process
. The study room of our library receives 300 readers every day until it is full. . Readers arriving in the self-study room must make an appointment in advance through the Tai'an Library public account --- Micro Service Hall --- to enter the library. . For offline reservations, you can make on-site reservations by scanning the QR code with your mobile phone. 4. After making a successful reservation, scan the "check-in QR code" with your mobile phone to enter the library, and scan the "check-out QR code" to leave the library.
Our library will adjust the scope of services in a timely manner based on the progress of epidemic prevention and control.
