The national nurse qualification examination in 2022 has started. To ensure the smooth progress of the registration and on-site verification of the Jianyang City nurse qualification examination, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Time
(1) Online registration time: December 8-21, 2021;
(2) On-site confirmation time: December 13-16, 2021 (9:00 am ～12:00; 13:00～17:00 in the afternoon);
(3) Time for online payment: January 29, 2022-February 8, 2022 to complete the online payment by yourself. Candidates who have not paid overdue are deemed Automatically abandon registration;
(4) Admission ticket printing time: April 13-24, 2022;
(5) Exam time (subject to the time printed on the test admission ticket): April 23, 2022, 24th.
The exam is divided into 4 rounds, each half-day is a round. Candidates will be randomly assigned to one of the rounds to take the exams of professional practice and practical ability. The specific exam time is subject to the admission ticket.
(6) Examination results release and qualification certificate issuance time: Examination results will be released on China Health Talent Network within 45 working days after the end of the exam. Candidates can use their admission ticket number and valid certificate number to check their results on the China Health Talent Network, and download and print their transcripts. If they are overdue, they will not be able to make up copies and reissues. Candidates who have passed the results must download and print the certificate of qualification through the China Health Talent Network within the specified time, and keep it properly.
After receiving this year's nurse qualification certificate issued by the Chengdu test center, the Jianyang registration center will promptly notify the candidates to receive it. Please bring the test admission card and the original ID card when you receive it.
2. Location
(1) Online registration website
The online registration method is uniformly adopted throughout the country.Candidates can log on to China Health Talent Network (www.21wecan.com) to register online.
(2) Confirm the location on site
After the candidates complete the online registration, in accordance with the principles of localized management, Jianyang City Registration Point will in principle accept the registration and confirmation of applicants from subordinate units and social medical institutions within its jurisdiction. At the same time, the acceptance is not in Jianyang work but the personnel file is kept in Jianyang City Talent Exchange Center personnel registration confirmation. After the initial review by each health and health unit, the registration materials will be uniformly submitted to the Municipal Health and Health Bureau for review and confirmation. All health and health units are requested to actively conduct publicity work and conduct on-site confirmation in a timely manner within the specified time. 3. Certificates and materials must be submitted

If candidates modify their personal application information after printing out the registration form, they must reprint and stamp, otherwise on-site confirmation cannot be performed.
(2) One original and one copy of my valid ID card;
(3) One original and one copy of my graduation certificate. College degree and above need to provide the "Ministry of Education Academic Certificate Electronic Registration Form" or the "Chinese Higher Education Certificate Certification Report" issued by the higher education certification agency designated by the State Education Administration). The academic qualification query code is valid until December 22 .
(4) If the applicant is a fresh graduate of the school, please present the relevant certificate of the school to go through the registration procedures collectively by the school.

(1) Online registration requirements

(2) Photo requirements
1. The uploaded photo must be the candidate's recent two-inch frontal and headless color white background ID photo, and the photo must be clear and identifiable. The head occupies 2/3 of the size of the photo, with a white background. The format is JPG, and the size of the uploaded image must be between 20kb～45kb.
2. Candidates who often wear glasses should wear glasses and no jewelry.
(3) Work requirements
1. The central health center and township health center of the area shall be responsible for the notification to the person who meets the application requirements; please assist the central health center and the township health center to notify the village Related personnel in health rooms and individual clinics.
2. Candidates confirm that the submitted materials should be in A4 format. All copies should be reviewed by the unit and signed and stamped to be valid; candidates who do not have a work unit must be stamped with the official seal of the personnel file management department.
(4) Epidemic prevention and control requirements
Persons who participate in the 2022 National Nurses Qualification Examination should pay attention to self-health management in the near future, and apply for themselves through the WeChat applet "National Government Service Platform" and "Tianfu Health Link" Epidemic prevention health code, and continue to pay attention to the status of health code. When entering the registration point, the handling personnel of each unit shall take the initiative to show their epidemic prevention health code (green code) to the staff, and take the initiative to take body temperature measurements as required. Pay attention to personal protection, bring your own disposable medical masks, obey the arrangement of on-site staff, and conduct audits in an orderly manner according to the received number. (5) Disciplinary requirements
1. The candidates themselves are responsible for the accuracy of the online application information. If the applicants provide false or untrue application materials related to the application qualifications, the applicants themselves shall bear the responsibility for violation of disciplines.
