3. Other supporting materials. Candidates must provide at least one item of relevant materials that prove that they are restricted from travel due to the impact of the epidemic and fail to take the exam at the prescribed time (such as screenshots of mobile text messages from the unit and school, relevant notices posted by the community where they are located, and relevant notices issued by the local epidemic prevention and control department, etc.).
3. Submission method. Candidates who apply for refunds are required to package and send electronic versions such as "Candidates' Refund Application Form", "National Communication Big Data Itinerary Card", "Other Proof Materials" to the designated email address in the area they are applying for before 17:00 on November 4 (Appendix 2). The application materials naming format is "Examination area + Name + ID number".
