1 Previously Zhengjue Mountain

The Buddha practiced hard for six years but did not achieve enlightenment. Later, he gave up asceticism, expressed his desire to receive delicious food and finally accepted the shepherd's chyme, and came to Zhengjue Mountain from the northeast to visit. He felt the tranquility here and planned to achieve enlightenment here. When the Buddha climbed to the top of the mountain from the northeast hill, the earth shook and the mountain shook. So the Buddha went down from the southwest and stopped in the big grottoes halfway up the mountain, leaving an image. Since the Buddha climbed this mountain before the enlightenment, he called it the previous mountain of Zhengjue.

2 Bodhi Tree Wall

From the past, you will walk fourteen or fifteen miles southwest of Zhengjue Mountain to reach the Bodhi tree where the Buddha is enlightened. The walls made of bricks around the Bodhi tree are long from east to west and narrow from north to south, with a radius of more than 500 steps. The strange and precious trees and flowers are connected by shadows; the slender sedge spreads around the wall, the main door of the wall opens eastward, facing the Nilianchan River, the south gate connects to the large flower pond, the west gate guards the dangerous places, and the north gate leads to the large temple. Inside the wall, there are many relics of sages, including pagodas and temples, which were built by the kings and wealthy families of Zhanbu Continent to commemorate the Buddha.

It is built with blue bricks and is coated with lime on the surface. There are gold statues in each layer of niche . The four walls are carved into strange shapes, some are beaded, some are statues of immortals, and there are copper bottles in the shape of Ama Luo fruit on the top. East and West pavilions are connected to it. The attic is carried out with three floors, the rafters, columns, beams, doors, and windows are carved with patterns, decorated with gold and silver, and pearls and jade are mixed in between. The house is deep, with three doors and holes. There are niches on the left and right of the outer door. The statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva on the left and the statue of Maitreya Bodhisattva on the right. They are all made of silver and are more than ten feet high.

There are ruins of the Buddha's scriptures on the north side of the Bodhi tree. After becoming a Buddha, the Buddha did not immediately get up from his seat, but entered the seven days of silent meditation. After leaving the meditation, he went to the north of the Bodhi tree. After walking for seven days, he walked back and forth in the east and west directions for more than ten steps, leaving strange patterns wherever his footprints went, with a total of eighteen places. Not far from the west of the Bodhi tree, there is a temple, inside which is a brass Buddha statue adorned with rare treasures, and stands facing the east. There is bluestone in front of the statue, with bright colors and mixed colors. Not far south of the Bodhi tree is a pagoda, which is more than a hundred feet high, and is built for King Wuyou.

There is a pagoda on both sides of the road east of the Bodhi tree, which is where the demon king Bethun disturbs the Bodhisattva. There is a statue of Kashyapa Buddha in the northwest monastery of Bodhi Tree. There is a pagoda in the northwest of the Bodhi tree wall, called "tulip", which is more than 40 feet high, and there is a pagoda temple in the southeast corner.

3 There is a large pool outside the Bodhi tree wall, with a radius of more than 700 steps. The water is clear and clear as a mirror. There is a pagoda next to it, where the Buddha sews old clothes for the Buddha, and further to the south, there is a pagoda in the woods, where the Buddha received the gift of old clothes for the poor old woman. There is a monastery in the woods in the east, next to it is the residence of Arnold Chen Ru and five others. There is a pagoda in the southeast of the residence, which is where the Buddha enters the Nilian Channa River to bathe. Not far away is where the Buddha receives and eats chylo.

Two or three miles from the east gate of the Bodhi tree wall, there is a room with a blind dragon. There is a pagoda outside the east gate, which was built by the Demon King to intimidate the Bodhisattvas and was built by the Heavenly Emperor and the Brahma King. At the north gate is Dajue Temple, built by monks and kings, there are six courtyards and three-story pavilions. The surrounding walls are three or four meters high. The architecture and paintings are extremely skillful. The Buddha statues are made of gold and silver, and are decorated with mixed treasures. Each pagoda is so magnificent and contains the relics of Tathagata.
