But in Myanmar , there is such a temple. It is like the mouse temple in India. It neither worships Buddha statues nor people, but it worships "snake Buddha". It is said to be very effective and has a history of nearly a hundred years.

As we all know, snakes are ferocious carnivores. Although they will not attack you if you don’t move them, they will not attack you, but when facing such a huge animal, most people will be more or less afraid. How can they even worship it? The most important thing is that there are still many believers. People bring incense and donate money to incense and oil when they go to the temple. You just need to bring food here. And it is everywhere, so be extra careful when walking around. Once stepped on it, it is not as simple as being expelled from the temple.

This "snake Buddha" temple is called Hmwe Paya, located in Mandalay in Myanmar. When you enter the temple, what catches your eye is a giant python entrenched around the Buddha statue. No matter how the believers come and go, they carelessly care about how they caress it and take photos with it.

Hearing the temple monks said that the temple was built in 1974. When cleaning the temple, they found two giant pythons that had been entrenched around the Buddha statue. Since it was a giant python, the monks did not dare to move. After a few days, they found that the giant python was still here. They thought what if they didn't leave and scared the believers who came to burn incense. Later, after discussion by the abbot, they took it to the jungle in the back mountain to release it. But the next day, the two giant pythons still appeared next to the Buddha statue, without any intention of leaving.

Just like that, again and again, every time it was the same result, and the last time I brought back one. I originally wanted to send it out, but I brought it back more. The matter became more and more intense, and the abbot monk also noticed the strangeness of the matter. They all thought that these snakes were extremely sacred, and perhaps they had come here from afar. From then on, the monks did not send them back to the woods, but started to take care of them. Every day, it is eggs, milk, meat, and bathing and massage, which is better than human life.

As time goes by, believers gradually accept their existence, and the incense turns around and changes it to the giant python's food. Every day, people donate money to the merit box, but only improve their living benefits to the "snake Buddha". Even if they take a bath, there are people who are responsible for drying them. However, these giant pythons seem to be spiritual. After taking a shower, they will climb back to the Buddha altar by themselves. When some believers come to take a photo, they will take the initiative to look up and cooperate with them. If they are children, they will also support them in their arms to prevent them from falling from falling from the Buddha altar to the ground.

people are multifaceted. Although some people think that the giant python is the embodiment of the sacred and should be taken care of and trusted with devout trust; but for some people, they are complaining that this is just a means of making money by the temple, and the giant pythons are all bought by monks. After all, having stories is more attractive than not. However, what makes people puzzled is that monks do not eat meat and mainly eat vegetarian food, and will not touch even eggs. However, the giant python not only eats eggs, but also drinks milk and eats meat. Is this sure that this is not a violation of the precepts in Buddhist temples?

Although that is the case, each temple has its own rules and regulations, even if it is a religion. Personally, I think that time is not good or bad, black or white.
