—Dushan County No. 1 Kindergarten carried out the special training of "Integration of Education and Care in Kindergarten in One-Day Life"
In order to further optimize the one-day life activities, create a good one-day activity process, help children develop good living habits, and guide teachers to do a targeted and detailed and practical every link of the one-day life activities in the kindergarten, Dushan County No. 1 Kindergarten organized all teachers and childcare workers to carry out the special training activity of "Integration of Education and Care in One-Day Life in Kindergarten" on the evening of October 20.
This training was taught by Deputy Director Du Yun, who was in charge of childcare and care. It was carried out from the life, games, exercise and learning links in the kindergarten's one-day activities. It was sorted out and reflected in the form of theoretical explanation, case analysis, and quick-answer competitions. At the same time, it was elaborated on how to effectively cooperate with childcare and care. Driven by Director Du’s passion, the teachers and nurserymen competed to answer questions, gained knowledge in a tense and pleasant learning atmosphere, and grew together. Finally, the childcare teachers also raised questions about the problems they encountered in their daily work and actively discussed them together.
Through this training activity, every teacher and childcare worker has a further understanding and thinking about the one-day activities, clarified his own responsibilities, and has a deeper understanding of the "combination of care and care in the day-to-day life of kindergartens".
