3: Milk and fruit

I was born with lactose intolerant , so I can only eat a small amount of dairy products.
Fruit: kiwi, grapefruit, peach
Fruit is the culprit of weight control, and the sugar content is too high. I eat very little, almost only eat kiwi fruit. I must choose to eat it during the day. The blood sugar will increase when I eat it at night. Many pregnant mothers feel that they have nothing to eat, but they are fattened by fruits.
4: Staple food
The principle of eating staple food is separation of dry and wet ❗
Do not eat soup! No water! Don't drink porridge! Water plus carbon water will be quickly absorbed by the body!
So you can drink water only half an hour before and after meals. For the first two months, I drank porridge every day. I thought it was healthy. I felt that I had eaten so little. I also gained a fast weight. I weighed two or three catties. My mentality almost collapsed. After discovering the separation of dryness and wetness, the weight was still light at one month, and the weight of the fourth month of pregnancy was the same as before. Resolutely eat like this for the next four months, and it is properly controlled at 5kg!
