If there is a "humanity" (natural order) between man and nature to regulate and a "humanity" (benevolence, righteousness and morality) to regulate, then how can the individual's body and mind be harmonious? This is the source and starting point of all problems.

Without self-participation, survival dilemma (living is a problem), life dilemma (living well is a problem), spiritual dilemma (value and meaning are also a problem), etc. have all become the passing clouds and mists.
Dissolve yourself and melt yourself is the inevitable choice for sages and sages in ancient and modern times to seek liberation. Zhuangzi also took this road, and Xinzhai and Shuwang are his answers.
If you have ambition, you will listen to your heart without listening to your ears, and you will listen to your heart without listening to your heart with your spirit! The ears stop at listening, and the heart stop at talismans. Qi means being weak and treating things. Only the Tao gathers the emptiness. Emptiness means fasting in the heart.
You are determined to be loyal, don’t listen with your ears, but listen with your heart; don’t listen with your heart, but listen with your "qi"! The function of the ear is limited to hearing the sounds you are willing to hear, and the function of the heart is limited to things that can fulfill the subjective choice. As for Qi, it is empty and can accommodate all things. Only when the great way gathers in the state of void (people can understand the existence of the great way only when the inner emptiness is in their state). The inner emptiness is the heart.

Xinzhai means having no heart, neither moving nor engaging in the heart, because of following all things, and being purely natural. Sensory cognition exists objectively, but we are not bound by this. Sensory always clings to all things and sticks to all things. It can not be confused by external environments such as sound and color. "The mind does not move, and everything does not move, and it will not be hurt." Forget the ears and eyes, the six senses are pure, there is no desire or ruthlessness, and reach external transformation but not internal transformation. Only when the environment moves but the mind does not move can you enter the door of the heart.
is not only not moved, but also not attentive. Knowing the mind or rational thinking is a shackle to nature and a blinding to the truth. Not taking care of one's heart means eliminating the interference of knowledge, ignorance and knowledge, no thoughts and worries, no wisdom and no planning, no intention to achieve, no intention to use it, no intention to use it.
returns to the state of "qi", so that it will not be trapped by all things in the world, because it follows all things, let it go naturally, wanders around the world and the six combinations, without restraint, free and easy. This is "traveling things to wander in the mind" and "walking in the harmony of virtues".
Xinzhai means humility, and humility means "looking at the world with the eyes of Tao". The ordinary heart is not dead, the Tao heart is not alive. How can we discuss the Tao if people see things in the world?
has truly "reached the extreme of emptiness", and the walls of heart have fallen one after another, and the "self" has melted away. At this time, looking at the world and self, you will gain an absolute simple and supreme perspective . "No self" is the real me. By cultivating oneself to establish the world, the scenery you see must be worlds different, all difficulties and challenges are insignificant, and the height of life you reach is completely different.
"Dao Eye Viewing the World", "No Self" as one's own "bystander". If you can't see the truth of the world clearly and cannot find the outlet for life, you might as well push down the walls of your own heart. Walk out of the cage of oneself and jump out of the fixed mindset, and you might as well develop a "bystander" to take the melted self as your own.
