comprehensive wiring is mainly to quickly calculate the piping wiring project volume based on determining the wiring information of the equipment. The main steps are divided into: establishing the equipment basic items, establishing the piping basic data items, setting the equipment and wiring information, and generating the project volume. Each operation step is as follows:
1. Establish equipment/piping wiring basic items
Equipment and pipe wiring, basic data items, bridge and other items to establish equipment identification and piping wiring identification detailed operations. Please check the detailed introduction of Chapter 4 Section 1 and Chapter 4 Section 2. The diagram of the establishment of basic data items is as follows:
If the wiring is to be carried out on the bridge system, please refer to the detailed introduction of the wiring according to the bridge in Chapter 4 Section 4.
2. Start the intelligent computing comprehensive wiring
After the basic data item is established, locate the pipe wiring item and click the [Comprehensive wiring] function to enter the [Comprehensive wiring model] window and set the floor information.
3. Setting the starting point of the effluent line
Setting the starting point of the effluent line is very important. It is an important basis for whether the effluent wiring calculation is accurate. The software calculation mode is to start from the end of the device point and go back to the weak-current or weak-current well. When encountering the same device point, calculate a wiring. The accumulation of the number of wiring points will continue to the position of the weak-current or weak-current well. The weak-current or weak-current well is the starting point mentioned here. The setting method is very simple. Click [ After the exit start point] button, you can click the left-click at the actual starting point according to the prompt. After the starting point is successfully set, it will be displayed in the form of a box at the corresponding position. The diagram is shown as follows:
4. Set the equipment/piping wiring information
After the basic data item is established, the equipment and piping wiring information can be set. The operation steps are as follows:
1. Click the [Equipment and Wiring Table] button to pop up the [Equipment and Wiring Information Table];
2. Set the wiring code, wiring name, pipe wiring signal specification and other information in the pop-up [Equipment and Wiring Information Table], as well as the equipment installation height, wiring information, etc. After the setting is completed, the following figure is shown:
3. After the setup is completed, the corresponding wiring types and wiring roots of the pipe wiring on the floor plan display the corresponding wiring type and wiring number information, as shown in the figure below:
Description:
1. When the comprehensive wiring function is activated for the first time in each project, the equipment and pipe wiring information of this project need to be set and confirmed. When the function is activated for the second time, the equipment, pipe wiring information, installation height and other parameters set in this project will be automatically extracted without setting;
2. The lower right corner is the end point detection. The end point detection means that the software will use the established basic data items to determine whether the wiring end is After the device is connected, if there is a device connection, it will not be the end point. If there is no device connection at the end, it will be detected that the end point is not connected correctly. In this case, the design drawing is either wrong, and more often the location is the point leading to other floors. Therefore, when calculating, you need to set the number of points leading to other floors at this end point, so the project volume will be calculated correctly;
3. System number and status: The system number and status list on the right will be displayed according to the number of connected systems. When the system status appears, it will be prompted for the relevant prompts of why it is abnormal, and the prompts should be set correctly;
5 Generate project volume
After the previous basic data item establishment, equipment/piping wiring settings, and starting point of outgoing operations are completed, the comprehensive wiring model is established, and the next step can be generated. The operation steps are as follows:
1. Click the [Generate Project Quantity] command to pop up the [Generate Project Quantity] dialog box. Select it according to the actual situation in this dialog box and click [Confirm], as shown in the figure below:
2. After generating the project volume, the software automatically generates the project volume project based on the set piping wiring information. The generation results are completed as shown in the figure below:
