This project has innovatively proposed new principles and models of self-disciplined multi-robots based on the problem of efficient and high-quality processing of large and complex curved surface parts, forming three core technologies: large-scale full-region measurement, variable curvature compliance, and large-plane flatness/roughness fluctuation regulation. It has developed the first set of major equipment for integrated "measurement-processing" of large-scale complex curved surface robots, and has achieved the technological leap from manual grinding and throwing of robot grinding and throwing in my country's high-speed rail body, wind power blades, large wind tunnel components, and large turbine blades from manual grinding to robot grinding and throwing. The project results have been applied in CRRC (Qingdao Sifang, Times New Materials , Times Electric, Nanjing Puzhen), 29 Base, Wuxi turbine, China Commercial Aircraft , AVIC Shenfei and other companies, and have incubated a number of CRRC Times Intelligence, Jicui Huake , Riemann and other specialized and specialized /high-tech enterprises.
