IT House News on July 2, Microsoft has just announced the launch of a new version of PowerPoint for iPad, which brings a number of new features.
IT House learned that Microsoft has added line spacing and other functions to the PowerPoint function library on Apple iPad. The company says this is one of the most requested features by users.
In addition, Microsoft also provides a series of options, including line spacing before and after paragraphs and within text blocks, almost like the operation and functionality on desktop computers and .
Similar to the desktop version of PowerPoint, the line spacing function can be achieved through a dedicated button on the Home tab on the main interface.
Microsoft announced: "We heard you! Setting the line spacing of slides to your liking is the most requested feature for iPad PowerPoint users. You can now customize the leading before and after paragraphs, within text blocks, and more."
To change the line spacing on PPT, you can set it by selecting the text, clicking the Line Spacing button on the Home tab, and then selecting the desired line spacing.
It’s worth mentioning that line spacing in PowerPoint for iPad is currently only available to Insiders, but of course, once testing is completed, all users will be able to experience this feature.
Microsoft said that the new features will be rolled out in phases. The current version that includes line spacing is 2.59 Bulid 22030101.
