Although Samsung has not yet released the Galaxy Watch5 smart watch, well-known whistleblower @evLeaks still shared a set of screenshots running "wearOS 3.5 / One UI Watch 4.5" on Twitter . gives us a preview of Samsung's new wearable device. @evLeaks first posted a set of so-called One UI Watch 4.5 official images, and then showed the QWERTY input method/keyboard layout of the watch. The screenshot of
shows three input modes, namely "dictation" (Dictation), "typing" (Keyboard), and "handwriting" (Handwriting).
The next set of pictures shows that Galaxy Watch5 has opened up the host device (smartphone) equipped with dual SIM cards to easily distinguish between phone dialing and text message sending and receiving.
The screenshot also hints at some accessibility features, such as enabling TalkBack (reading aloud whatever is displayed on the screen) from any interface by double-clicking the watch's Home button.
also has accessibility settings for visual impairments and left/right channel equalization, where users can change how they respond to tap/long presses.
Finally, currently only the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 and the recently released Montblanc Summit 3 use Wear OS 3. But if the news is reliable, Samsung may soon launch a customized One UI Watch 4.5 software experience based on Wear OS 3.5.
