BrowserStack is an industry-leading cloud network and mobile testing platform. Its office in Mumbai, India is built by the Space Matrix design team. As the number of employees surges, Browserstack hopes that their new office location can have a larger office space, while promoting collaborative work and teamwork.

As the company develops towards a collaborative work structure, today's meeting room form is no longer as formal and single as a traditional meeting room. Today, people meeting and chatting in the tea lounge may be as effective as chatting at a conference table. However, when designing meeting spaces, many companies have not considered the huge potential of such casual interaction.

As a technology-driven company with a rapidly growing workforce, collaborative work and teamwork are the keys to the company's success.

For this case, Space Matrix’s workplace design strategy stems from the understanding that the constantly changing work team of BrowserStack needs a work space that allows them to freely change their work roles and behavior patterns without affecting the transparency and collaborative work of the space. . Based on this, the design team proposed a design concept of a glass box, which rebuilt the transparency of a glass box while giving it more functionality.

Following this design philosophy, the design team decided to create a space for employees that can satisfy all kinds of interactions—no matter how many people are involved, how fast or how informal the meeting is. The ultimate goal is to create an environment where everyone can participate without feeling depressed and suffocating. After

familiar with the way people work, the design team Up to six different forms of meeting space into the design of the case: telephone booth, cabin seat conference cabin, stepped seat, and informal brainstorming area / formal meeting area.
