Scholars from Binghamton University have discovered a dopamine receptor gene called DRD4. If they carry this gene, people often secrete more dopamine under stimulating behaviors such as gambling and cheating, thus losing their rationality.

In fact, in addition to the "affection gene" humans also have a "promiscuous gene".

Scholars from Binghamton University have discovered a dopamine receptor gene called DRD4. If they carry this gene, people often secrete more dopamine under stimulating behaviors such as gambling and cheating, thus losing their rationality.

Once they cheat, they are often out of control. When scientists traced the origin of the DRD4 gene, they found that this gene had appeared as early as the Paleolithic era.
