Reused fried edible oil
Japan consumes about 2 million tons of edible oil every year, of which 500,000 tons of waste edible oil will be generated, most of which come from the catering and food processing industries, and less than 1/5 of it comes from household oil. In addition, Japan has strict legal regulations: it is prohibited to discharge waste oil into the sewer, so the overall recovery rate of waste edible oil in Japan is as high as about 80%. In order to promote the transformation of gutter oil into treasure, the Japanese government convened enterprises in various fields such as food processing, energy, and aviation to jointly negotiate and formulate relevant policies and cooperation mechanisms in the first half of this year.
In Germany, if all restaurants and restaurants want to operate normally, they must first purchase oil and water separation equipment. At the same time, we must sign a "slurry recycling contract" with relevant local departments. This contract specifies in detail how to collect and store the slurry produced by the restaurant, which company will recycle it, where and when it will be recycled, and who will process the slurry after it is recycled. The slurry produced in the restaurant first enters the treatment equipment through special pipes. The available oils and greases are separated out through many standard procedures such as precipitation, separation, disinfection, and standstill. The recovered oil can be made into biofuel, chemicals, organic fertilizers, etc. Some German media even revealed that the recycling rate of domestic slurry has reached 100%.
In most residential concentrated areas in the UK, there are special buckets for collection of household waste cooking oil. There is also a special filter above the oil barrel to filter food residues. The waste oil in the catering industry is also collected in a targeted manner like in Germany. It is processed uniformly by designated companies and made into available industrial oleic acid, soap, fuel oil, etc.

. China first began to study edible oil processing as available fuel in 2017, and has achieved good results at present. It is understood that my country's annual consumption of edible oil is close to 50 million tons, and it will also produce a large amount of waste oil. If it cannot be properly handled, it will definitely have an impact on the environment and people's physical health. Many black-hearted merchants even process and reuse it many times. "gutter oil" has seriously exceeded the standard content of various harmful substances, heavy metals and bacteria, which will cause great harm to the human body. If these waste oils with great harm can be turned into biofuels and mixed aviation fuel can be refilled into the aircraft, and waste will be turned into treasures, this headache-inducing problem will be completely solved.
On June 28 this year, China's first bio-aerospace coal industrial plant successfully processed and refined kitchen waste oil on a large scale, producing qualified biofuel. The plant is produced and assembled using technology with independent intellectual property rights. This marks that my country is one step closer to the large-scale processing, production and application of gutter oil. Traditional aviation kerosene is extracted from petroleum. Compared with that, biofuel oil produced from gutter oil can reduce carbon emissions by more than 50%. If the device operates at full power, it is expected that 100,000 tons of waste oil can be digested every year, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 80,000 tons, which is equivalent to planting 500 million trees. The 40,000 tons of clean biofuel obtained at the same time can greatly alleviate the crisis of fuel shortage.
