With the development of social economy, hypertension has become one of the major public health problems in the world and is also the most important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease . Among them, the main complications such as stroke , myocardial infarction, heart failure and chronic kidney disease , not only has a high mortality and disability rate, but also seriously consumes medical and social resources, causing a heavy burden to families and society. According to the latest "China Cardiovascular Health and Disease Report 2021", the prevalence of hypertension in adults aged 18 and above in my country is 23.2%, with the number of patients reaching 245 million. However, among the hypertensive patients receiving treatment, there is only 16.8% control rate, so it is urgent to improve the compliance rate of hypertension.

In June this year, our hospital launched the construction of China Hypertension Standard Center with the support of the hospital leaders. From the point to the surface, we have established and improved the high-quality medical alliance and prevention and treatment network for special hypertension diseases, and formed a joint management and coordination mechanism for difficult diagnosis and treatment in tertiary hospitals and chronic disease management at the grassroots level. The project aims to pay attention to the compliance of patients with long-term drug treatment and lifestyle intervention treatment, strengthen the standardized diagnosis, treatment and management of hypertension, improve the compliance rate of hypertensive patients, minimize the overall risk of cardiovascular disease and death, and benefit more patients.
