Recently, according to the requirements of the Binzhou Anti-Cancer Association's "Notice on the Selection of Preparers (Chairman) of the Second Branch of Binzhou Anti-Cancer Association" ([2022] No. 1), after personal application, unit recommendation, and qualification review, Binzhou People's Hospital became the chairman of the first Breast Oncology Professional Committee of the Binzhou Anti-Cancer Association, and Jin Jihai, deputy chief physician of the Breast Surgery Department of Binzhou People's Hospital, served as the chairman.
Binzhou People's Hospital Breast Surgery Department was established in 2015. It was the earliest breast specialist ward in Yellow River Delta area. Among them, 1 chief physician, 3 deputy chief physicians, and 1 master's supervisor. In the seven years since its establishment, the concept of treatment for breast diseases has been constantly updated, and new technologies and projects have emerged one after another. The department has now taken the lead in Binzhou City to carry out sentinel lymph node biopsy, breast cancer breast milk conservation plastic surgery, radical breast cancer resection with nipple areola complex, breast cancer postoperative breast reconstruction, breast laparoscopy minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment technology, McMerton minimally invasive rotation surgery, early breast cancer microcalcification foci cleavage under molybdenum target-guided guidewire positioning, and breast cosmetic plastic surgery such as double-plane stereo breast augmentation and breast breast shrinking surgery. In order to facilitate comprehensive postoperative treatment of breast cancer patients, Binzhou People's Hospital Breast Surgery and Vascular Access Center took the lead in the city to carry out intraluminal electrocardiogram positioning lower intravenous infusion port implantation. Since the establishment of the department, the operation volume has gradually increased, with the number of surgeries in 2021 reaching more than 1,300 people.
Binzhou People's Hospital Breast Surgery Department was awarded the "Breast Tumor Prevention Clinic" by the Women's Oncology Prevention Fund of the China Women's Development Foundation in June 2016; in December 2016, it was rated as a municipal key specialty (leading specialty); in July 2017, it won the first prize of "Improving Medical Experience and Optimizing Medical Services" organized by the Binzhou Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission. In March 2019, in the Binzhou City Clinical Boutique Specialty Review, the Breast Surgery Department of Binzhou People's Hospital won the second place in the city. In 2020, the Breast Surgery Department of Binzhou People's Hospital won the Outstanding Medical Team of Binzhou People's Hospital.
Breast Surgery of Binzhou People's Hospital learns advanced domestic and foreign concepts, and combines the actual situation of Binzhou People's Hospital, and establishes three major development directions of breast surgery, namely, full-process management of breast cancer patients' health, minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment technology of breast laparoscopy, and breast cosmetic plastic surgery technology.
