Ingredients: lotus seed 50g, wolfberry 10g, 6 red dates, and 200g beef.
Method: Wash the beef and cut into pieces; remove the shell and heart of the lotus seeds, remove the pits of the red dates, and wash them with wolfberry. Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot and boil it. Add lotus seeds, wolfberry, red dates, beef, and 3 slices of ginger, stew until the beef is cooked and seasoned.
