This year, a fierce epidemic caused the city of Shanghai to press the pause button. During the more than two months of lockdown, for most community hospitals, which do not have PICC catheter maintenance specialty clinics, the maintenance of PICC catheterized patients in the area has become a big problem, and they must be transferred to a second- and third-level hospital in closed-loop by 120 ambulances for maintenance. Especially during the severe period of the epidemic, medical resources are extremely tight, and most patients are prone to anxiety.
