The Physician Law of the People's Republic of China has come into effect on March 1, 2022. In order to further strengthen the publicity, education and implementation of the " Physician Law", on June 30, 2022, the 2022 Lanzhou Medical Examination was hosted by the Lanzhou Municipal Health Commission and the Municipal Medical Management Center and organized by Lanzhou Third People's Hospital The Municipal Health System’s “Physician Law” Knowledge Competition was held at Lanzhou Third People’s Hospital. 45 players from 15 teams from Lanzhou City participated in this event. Our hospital sent three doctors, Chen Yajun, Pu Wenjie and Ma Lihua, to participate in this competition.

The competition is divided into three parts: compulsory questions, quick-answer questions, and risk questions to test the relevant provisions and applications of the "Physician Law". After fierce competition, our team finally won the third prize in the group.

Through this competition, all medical staff have a deeper understanding of the "Physician Law" and a comprehensive and accurate grasp of the basic principles and implementation details of the "Physician Law". The new "Physician Law" protects the legitimate rights and interests of doctors through safeguard measures such as remuneration, team building, practice environment management, occupational protection, special positions and work allowances in remote areas.
