Recently, the Neurosurgery admitted two patients with ruptured left middle cerebral artery aneurysm and subarachnoid hemorrhage. After the patient was treated in our hospital, a cranial CTA showed a left middle cerebral artery aneurysm rupture with subarachnoid hemorrhage. The neurosurgery department immediately admitted the patient to the hospital and provided drug treatment in a timely manner. After discussion, the two patients were treated Whole-brain angiography was performed to further clarify the location and size of aneurysm in the two patients, and individualized detailed surgical and treatment plans were formulated. After the completion of cerebral angiography , due to the large size and irregular shape of the aneurysm, in order to successfully complete the operation, Director Renzeng of the Neurosurgery Department of the People's Hospital of the Autonomous Region was specially invited to guide the operation.

After a day-long operation, both patients successfully completed the operation, removed the tracheal intubation, and returned to the ward with stable vital signs. After the operation, the patients were all conscious, their vital signs were stable, and they could communicate normally with their family members, which made their family members finally let go of the heavy burden that had lasted for several days. After several days of careful treatment by the neurosurgery department, the patients gradually recovered and were discharged.
Neurosurgery can unswervingly protect the personal health of the people, which is inseparable from the strong support of the hospital leaders for neurosurgery, the unremitting help of experts from higher-level hospitals and experts who organized groups to aid Tibet, and the joint efforts of brother departments. Collaboration is also inseparable from the hard work of everyone on the neurosurgery team.
Intracranial aneurysm is commonly known as intracranial time bomb. Aneurysm rupture and bleeding at any time can endanger life. Middle cerebral artery aneurysm is one of the common types of intracranial aneurysm. It usually presents with sudden severe headache, vomiting and even unconsciousness. It may be found during daily physical examination and brain CTA examination that the condition of such patients is dangerous, progresses rapidly, and the mortality rate is high. However, if they seek medical treatment in time and undergo surgical treatment, they can be completely cured.
