How to cultivate strong psychological capital during the current epidemic?

Emotions run through people's lives. From ancient times to the present, people have been dominated by personal emotions. Positive emotions enable us to face life optimistically, while negative emotions will increase our psychological burden and always affect our judgment and self-control.

With the ups and downs of the epidemic, psychological disorders have become more and more prominent as a secondary injury. Sometimes even though a bad thing may not happen, people are too angry or worried about it and have a premature stress response , which is like a sponge that becomes heavier as it absorbs more water. . This sponge effect is also extremely contagious, suggestive and hypnotic, and individual anxiety quickly develops into group anxiety.

How should we deal with this kind of psychology? How can we look at these problems from a rational perspective? How can we resolve these emotions in a scientific way?
