It is close to Songqiu Temple, one of the "Eighteen Scenerys of Jinzhou", which is 16.5 kilometers away from the county town and 7 kilometers away from the location of Xingzhong Town Government. It covers an area of 42 mu and can utilize more than 200 mu of land. The rental content mainly includes a lotus pond (a lotus pond area of 30 acres, a water supply and drainage pipeline network is installed, and a silt and leak prevention project is implemented), a 200-square-meter catering building (full catering functions such as kitchens, bathrooms, private rooms, etc.), a 30-square-meter leisure pavilion, 5 fishing platforms, and 800 meters of a circular trail in the lotus pond.
