Objects that were available in the past are now mostly only appearing in literary works, in the mottled memories of literati, and in the auction market, becoming a way for people to remember their predecessors' elegant life .
As a heavy enthusiast of paper paper, I always pay attention to various information related to paper paper. I remember a English letter written by a famous poet and tenured professor at Columbia University in the United States in 1940, which was finally sold for 5,070 yuan in the auction market.

In April this year, I bought a set of letters, totaling 10 pieces, and the paper was filled with dense foreign languages. At that time, I just liked the paper paintings and didn't care about the text on the letter.

Five of this set of letters use Duoyunxuan paper . After confirmation by Mr. Zheng Mingchuan (representative inheritor of Shanghai Duoyunxuan wooden board watermarking skills), one set of four pictures (actually five pictures) ), produced by the owner of Duoyunxuan, painted by Zhao Ruhu, a disciple of Zhu Menglu, with the seal "Jingbo", and was painted around May 1900. The foreign language of the pot is "This teapot is my only comfort in the cold that breaks the country." The person who wrote the letter was very humorous, and the person who talked to him was his brother, such as borrowed the pot of the belly saying that he was full of complaints had nowhere to vent .
These two letters are only a small part of this group of letters. Judging from the handwriting and date of the signature, they should be letters written to relatives of France during the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. A few days ago, I collected another and French mixed letter . The brush letter "Brother Ji Nong Ren" slim gold is very flavorful, and it just happens to be related to the content of the previous letter. This letter should be It's complete.
