In order to expand public participation, After extensively listening to public opinions, our Administrative Committee will discuss the "Beijing Daxing International Airport Airport Economic Zone (Beijing Part) Start-up Zone Phase I DX12-0103-007 and other plots from May 13, 2022 to June 12, 2022" The "Planning Comprehensive Implementation Plan" has been publicly publicized online for 30 days. During the publicity period, a total of 4 feedback opinions were received. After research, the relevant acceptance opinions are now announced as follows:
Public feedback 1: Where is the red line east of Chunhui Street? Is it the tenant village of Lixian Town?
Reply to comment 1: The red line east of Chunhui Street refers to the easternmost side of the planned road, passing through the current tenant village from north to south.
Public feedback 2: The west side of the planned land is the site for resettlement housing in the noise area. The construction of resettlement houses has been completed on this land. The plot ratio of residential land is 2.0. The north side of the planned land is linear engineering. The resettlement housing plot is under construction, with a plot ratio of residential land of 2.2. According to the regulatory detailed planning (block level) of the Beijing Daxing International Airport Airport Economic Zone (Beijing part), the plot ratio of residential land in this planned plot is 2.0, and the planned plot is in the same area as the noise area resettlement housing plot. Both are medium- and high-intensity construction areas, and the linear resettlement housing plot is a high-intensity construction area. Therefore, the floor area ratio of the residential land in this planned plot of 2.28 does not comply with the upper planning, and the residential land should be changed to 2.0.
Reply to comment 2: This plan is based on the "Beijing Daxing International Airport Airport Economic Zone (Beijing Part) Regulatory Detailed Plan (Block Level)" for "medium and high intensity" control areas and "for special areas such as resettlement areas. , "The construction intensity can be appropriately increased by combining the functional and spatial form requirements", and combined with public opinions, the development intensity can be optimized, and the planned floor area ratio is 2.2. (The linear engineering resettlement housing plan was earlier than the approval time of the "Block Control Regulations" and was included in the "Block Block Control Regulations" planning results as the current status)
Public feedback 3: May I ask the leaders of the relevant parties in the government, Wanghuazhuang, Baishuzhuang, Lixian Town, Why have Jingjiajia Village and Ligezhuang Village not been planned for demolition for so long? Jingjiajia Village and Ligezhuang Village are close to the airport. The noise from aircraft takeoff and landing is very loud, which has already exceeded the prescribed noise level. They often take off and land in the middle of the night, and the airport lights are shining in the latter half of the night. It is bright red and seriously affects the daily life of villagers. Are the nearby Qigezhuang, Xilihe and several villages farther west from the airport being demolished as noise villages? Moreover, the four villages are currently surrounded by various projects in the Free Trade Zone. Why do you oppress the people again and again?
Reply to comment 3: The implementation timing of village demolition and resettlement shall be subject to the specific arrangements of the local government in conjunction with the development and construction timing of the Airport Economic Zone.
Public feedback 4: Can sports facilities such as football fields and basketball courts be set up in cultural activities and other plots.

1. Land location: south of , Daxing District, southeast corner of 0103 Block, Lixian Area, Linkong Economic Zone.
2. Planning scope: to the south red line of Xingxian Road in the north, to the north red line of Lixian Road (formerly Dali Road) in the south, to the east red line of Chunhui Street in the east, and to the east red line of Xingli Street in the west.
3. Nature of planned land use: second-class residential land, middle school land, nursery land, social welfare land, community comprehensive service facility land, social parking lot land, water areas, park green space, etc.
4. Total land area: about 44.43 hectares (finally subject to the results of nailing)
5. Construction area: about 550,900 square meters (the final indicator is subject to the approved plan)
