Promote the development of Beidou application industrialization and move towards a new global era of Beidou satellite navigation

On November 25th, at the 11th China Satellite Navigation Annual Conference Beidou Application Industrialization Forum, Chen Gucang, deputy director of the China Satellite Navigation System Management Office, introduced Beidou applications Industrialization progress, facing the situation, and overall development considerations, the main idea of the development of Beidou industrialization is "two grasps and one push", that is, grasping ecological protection and common foundation, and promoting industrial applications. Among them, the construction of policies and regulations is the primary content of the ecological protection of industrial development, and the construction of the rule of law and the acceleration of the national satellite navigation legislation are listed as one of the follow-up key tasks.

On the same day, the China Satellite Navigation System Management Office Academic Exchange Center, the central enterprise Beidou Industry Cooperative Development Platform, and the TD Industry Alliance jointly launched the "Promoting Jointly Promoting the Deepening of Beidou Application" initiative and held a signing ceremony. It mainly proposes to deepen the application and increase the popularity of the Beidou system; make breakthroughs and innovations to enhance the competitiveness of the Beidou industry; promote the industry with use to shape a new pattern of Beidou applications; open cooperation and strengthen the international influence of the Beidou.

Today, the 11th China Satellite Navigation Annual Conference was successfully held in Chengdu. As the first annual meeting after the completion of the Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system, it attracted more than 3,000 delegates.

The next Twelfth China Satellite Navigation Annual Conference will be held in Nanchang, China in May 2021. Colleagues from all walks of life are welcome to submit papers to the Policy and Regulations Subcommittee on the new issues and challenges of the Beidou rule of law under the new situation.
