These ammunition were left behind by the Russian army when they evacuated Kherson. Now they have all been loaded into Ukrainian army trucks and are ready to be transported to the front line for use by the Ukrainian army.
In addition, the Ukrainian army also discovered the bunker where the Russian army was hiding in Kherson. The bunker may also contain some weapons and ammunition that the Russian army failed to take away. These weapons will soon be transported to the battlefield and fired at the Russian army's positions.

If the Russian army wants to achieve outstanding results on the battlefield, logistics is an issue that cannot be ignored. Putin regards this issue as a top priority and personally puts pressure on major military industrial companies , asking them to operate at full capacity and give priority to the supply of weapons and ammunition to the Russian army on the front line.
And just a few days ago, Putin specially arrived in the military-industrial town of Tula to inspect the famous local arsenal, and held a meeting to put pressure on the heads of military-industrial enterprises, requiring them to provide advanced and high-quality weapons and equipment as quickly and as much as possible to meet the needs of the frontline..

However, some of the weapons that the Russian military industrial enterprises worked overtime and worked hard to produce were not used by the Russian army. Instead, they ended up in the hands of the enemy, which not only disgraced the Russian side, but also caused great trouble for the Russian army in frontline battles. If this problem cannot be solved, no matter how many weapons the Russian military produces, it will not help.
Therefore, in my opinion, while Putin is focusing on logistics, he must also focus on frontline discipline. For example, issued relevant orders requiring the Russian army to protect the equipment in their hands. Once they evacuate, they must first ensure that the equipment is transported away. Even if they are really unable to take it away, they must destroy it painfully and not fall into the hands of the enemy. Otherwise, it will only increase the enemy's advantage and increase our own casualties.
