I have been so busy with my work that I have not had to cook for nearly 5 years, but I cooked 80% of the meals during the training camp.

The weight loss meal at the beginning really made me do...either it's just on the surface, it looks good or not, or it's just tasteful and not beautiful at all.

After these three months of honing healthy meals, I have become more and more comfortable in making healthy meals.

To be honest, I didn’t follow the recipe completely. I occasionally open an short for myself with the nutritionist on my back. I eat some of my favorite foods that are not in the recipe, and I know the amount of attention when eating.

Although it is said to be eaten stealthily, in the training camp, I learned that what I can eat, what I eat will exceed the standard of calories, and the sugar will exceed the standard.Subconsciously, controls myself to eat less, and I persuade myself to eat a few mouthfuls.

I I remember one morning during the first training camp, my aunt who cooked for the employees made steamed dumplings made of starch. I don't think anyone in southern has ever eaten it. It was too tempting for me!

I know it’s not good to eat too much of this thing, especially if I eat carbs in the morning, but I couldn’t help but I took one and chewed it in my mouth and spit it out. I can’t even describe my behavior! Something like this happened more than once.

During the training camp, the pressure of work is one aspect. Later, when I meet my child's college entrance examination, I have to get up at 5 o'clock early and pick up my child from school before 11 o'clock in the evening. This is all secondary. Worse, I meet a bad person. For me it's just about to jump.

When I am confused and sad every day, most of the time I will find the audio of Mr. Luo Ning and the video taken by the teacher, to cheer myself up and cheer myself come on ! As long as people live, they have to experience some things to grow.
