On December 4, the Shihezi City Discipline Inspection and Supervision System of the Eighth Division held a special lecture on the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Li Qiuhang, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Shihezi City, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Director of the Supervisory Commission of the Eighth Division, preached the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. At the
propaganda meeting, Li Qiuhang took the theme of "Deeply study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China", and made a comprehensive and systematic and in-depth propaganda and interpretation of the new ideas and new conclusions put forward by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the work in the past five years and the great changes in the new era in 10 years, the goals and tasks of the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country in , adhere to the overall leadership of the Party and comprehensively govern the Party with strict discipline, respond to risks and challenges, further implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and continue to promote the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision work, and made comprehensive and systematic and in-depth propaganda and interpretation of the new ideas and new conclusions put forward by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
Li Qiuhang emphasized that discipline inspection and supervision agencies at all levels in the division and city should take the study, publicity and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the primary political task at present and in the future, and follow the "five firm grasps" and "three comprehensives" pointed out by General Secretary Xi Jinping as the guide, enhance the political awareness, ideological awareness and action awareness of serving and ensuring the Party's mission and tasks in the new era and new journey, and unswervingly be practitioners, promoters and guarantees for implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. We must persist in using the Party’s innovative theories to unite our hearts and forge our souls, and ensure that the Party’s 20 strategic deployments are implemented effectively; we must unswervingly promote comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, and deeply grasp the important task of improving the Party’s self-revolutionary system and normative system; we must adhere to a strict tone to strengthen the rectification of work style and discipline, and persevere in implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations; we must improve the ability and level of promoting the integrated promotion of not daring to, not being able to, and not wanting to be corrupt, and resolutely win the protracted battle against corruption; we must focus on the main responsibilities and main business of the case, and ensure that the quality of the case can stand the test of practice, history and the people; we must bear in mind that the blacksmith must be strong by itself, and be a guardian who is loyal to the Party, dedicating to the country, and benefit the people. The
propaganda meeting requires that discipline inspection and supervision agencies at all levels in the city and the vast number of discipline inspection and supervision cadres should earnestly study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and consciously use the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to unify their thoughts, will and actions. First, we must work hard to learn comprehensively, quickly form a wave of learning and implementation, organically combine the study of the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important speeches, the amendment to the Party Constitution and the work report of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and fully understand and grasp it; second, we must work hard to grasp it in a comprehensive way, organize publicity work, create a strong atmosphere for implementation, carry out supervision work, and strengthen supervision and inspection of the study, publicity and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China; third, we must work hard to fully implement it, conduct in-depth research and thinking about major issues in discipline inspection and supervision work in the new era, continue to promote practical innovation and institutional innovation, adhere to problem-oriented approach, and continuously improve the standardization, legalization and regularization of discipline inspection and supervision work. We must unswervingly govern the Party with strict discipline in an all-round way, deepen the construction of party style and clean government and the fight against corruption in the division city, guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, plan next year's work with high standards, and transform the learning results into practical actions to promote the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision work. The
lecture was held in the form of a video conference. Members of the leadership team of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, the Commission, the Party Style and Clean Government Education Center, and all cadres of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group, the Inspection Office, and all directly affiliated discipline inspection and supervision agencies listened to the lectures and reports, and the special inspectors of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision were invited to attend the meeting.
