On the afternoon of November 24, Yan Bangyou, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Gan Rong, Director of the Conditions and Finance Department of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and others came to the National Red Soil Improvement Engineering Technology Research Center for investigation and convened a symposium. Dai Xingzhao, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy, president and director of the National Red Soil Improvement Engineering Technology Research Center, presided over the meeting. The executive director of the center, Academician Zhou Wei , attended the meeting online and delivered a speech. Yu Chuanyuan, member of the Party Committee and vice president of the Academy, Wan Jianlin, director of the Science and Technology Department of the Academy, and other relevant comrades attended the meeting. At the meeting, the Executive Deputy Director of the Center Peng Chunrui reported on the research and development capabilities, conditions and facilities construction, talent team training, open service level, and the "14th Five-Year Plan" in recent years, and requested the Department of Science and Technology to provide support for major special projects. Yan Bangyou expressed his affirmation of the achievements made by the Red Soil Center. He pointed out that the Provincial Department of Science and Technology will anchor the development goal of comprehensively building the "six Jiangxis", adhere to the combination of goal orientation and performance orientation, cooperate with the development plan of the National Engineering Technology Research Center of , and provide support in scientific research projects, talent training, and innovation platform construction. Dai Xingzhao said that the center will further integrate existing platform resources, deploy advantageous innovation areas, optimize the results transformation mechanism, be brave to take responsibility and meet challenges, and help our hospital enter the ranks of the first-class agricultural science academies as soon as possible.

Then, Gan Rong introduced the optimization and restructuring plan of the provincial key laboratories. The participants also inspected the Red Soil Center R&D platform of our hospital’s newly built comprehensive experimental building.
