This year, we have demonstrated our new responsibility in ensuring high-quality economic and social development. unveiled the Wenzhou Intellectual Property Court, opened the new site of the Wenzhou Bankruptcy Court, and established the country's first data resources court. The "execution of contracts" indicator led by has the best overall score in the province's business environment evaluation.
This year, we have demonstrated new results in improving people’s perception of judicial fairness. The city's courts received a total of 164,276 new cases of various types and settled 164,177 cases. The total number of cases accepted and closed ranked second in the province; front-line judges closed 302.5 cases per capita, which was 45.5 more cases per capita than judges in the province. Formulate a series of documents to provide judicial service guarantees for the creation of child-friendly cities, develop an integrated application of "Legal Protection and Home Safety", comprehensively promote a litigation mechanism that is suitable for the elderly, help the disabled and the weak, and help build an age-friendly society.
This year, we achieved new breakthroughs in promoting the effectiveness of reform and innovation projects. The "Administrative and Legal Digital Intelligence Collaboration" project coordinated and developed by has been identified as a first-level major application under the provincial digital rule of law system in parallel with the "Global Digital Court". The independently developed "Smart Execution 2.0" system has become the only digital carrier for the province's courts to carry out enforcement work.
This year, we have launched new measures to build a court team with both political integrity and talent. researched, developed and dynamically managed the "Core Combat Capacity" all-in-one assessment system, and built a talent training and assessment mechanism such as full life cycle planning for police officers, training of "general judges", and selection of backbones for trial-based and research-based business. A number of advanced collectives and individuals, including advanced collectives in courts across the country and representatives of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, have emerged.
The achievements achieved in the past year depended on the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the correct and strong leadership of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee, the strong supervision of the Municipal People's Congress and its Standing Committee, the attention and support of the municipal government, the CPPCC and all aspects of society, the care and help of the NPC deputies and CPPCC members, and also from every court police officer who worked silently in ordinary positions.
