Non-party Chiayi Mayor candidate Huang Shaocong passed away. There are 6 candidates in this Chiayi Mayoral election. Unexpectedly, one of the candidates, Huang Shaocong (72 years old), died suddenly yesterday. Taiwan media ETtoday News Cloud reported that Huang was not well off due to the epidemic yesterday morning and was still declared dead after being sent to the hospital for emergency treatment. The Chiayi Municipal Election Committee also confirmed that it had received Huang Shaocong's death certificate.
