The cities of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor gathered together to discuss talent development and discuss the future of science and technology innovation.
G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor is one of the important platforms for the development of the national strategy of the Yangtze River Delta integrated , covering the nine cities of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces and one city, including Songjiang , Jiaxing , Hangzhou, Jinhua , Suzhou, Huzhou , Xuancheng , Wuhu , and Hefei. The Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Talent Summit, as an important platform for nine cities to deepen talent exchanges and cooperation, has been successfully held for three sessions since 2018, and has played an important role in promoting regional talent attraction and cultivation, collaborative innovation, and industrial development. , Jiucheng City released the talent policy of the nine cities in the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, formulated and issued a series of new talent policies, and continued to make efforts in terms of institutional and mechanism reform, talent introduction and cultivation, talent incentives and guarantees, and jointly create the best ecology. The "Framework Agreement on Exchange and Cooperation of Talent Services in the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor" was signed. The nine cities collaborate and coordinated in eight aspects, including joint meetings of talent service agencies, high-level talent service cooperation, and expert intellectual resource sharing to create a new pattern of integrated talent services. The third batch of talent cultivation service bases in the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Nine Cities were unveiled. There are 18 service bases in the third batch, including 9 red education demonstration bases for outstanding talents and 9 demonstration bases for talent innovation capabilities training, and promote the joint construction of the nine city base platform, sharing of high-quality resources, and integrating talent development.
It is understood that this summit released the demand for high-level scarce talents in nine cities in the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor. Nine cities have solicited nearly 15,000 high-level and scarce talents in demand, covering new generation information technology, digital economy , biomedicine , artificial intelligence and other industrial fields. Among them, more than half of the positions with an annual salary of more than 200,000 yuan account for more than half, and the highest annual salary exceeds one million. Establish the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Jiucheng High-end Talent Hunting Alliance. Representatives of the initiating unit jointly held the alliance establishment ceremony. The first batch of member units of the alliance are composed of human resources service agencies in Jiucheng City, and are committed to jointly introducing high-end global talents for Jiucheng City. A postdoctoral school-enterprise (local) cooperation contract was signed in the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor. The two parties signed the contract for postdoctoral school-enterprise (local) cooperation contract between Jiucheng City. The summit summoned a total of 13 postdoctoral school-enterprise (local) cooperation projects from various places, and actively promoted the cross-regional cooperation between 8 universities and Jiucheng City enterprises and local enterprises.
It is reported that with the approval of the National Expo Management Office, the postdoctoral research workstation of the Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone was officially established, becoming my country's first cross-border postdoctoral research workstation and is currently the only national-level postdoctoral research workstation across the administrative divisions of two provinces and one city in the country.
