On the afternoon of October 10, the Yufeng District Procuratorate held a warning and education meeting on the special rectification of violations of discipline and laws involving alcohol. Liang Tao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Procurator General of the Court, presided over the meeting, and all the police and staff of the court attended the meeting. The meeting of
conveyed the spirit of the Liuzhou Municipal Procuratorate’s special rectification plan on the special rectification of violations of alcohol-related violations, and collectively studied the Supreme People’s Procuratorate’s Prohibition of alcohol and the “High-hour Procuratorate’s ban on behaviors ”, the “two prohibitions” of party members and cadres and public officials involved in alcohol-related issues of party members and cadres, and the “Opinions of Liuzhou City on Strengthening Supervision and Management of Party Members and Cadres 8 Hours” (Implementation)” and other behavioral prohibitions. All the police officers and staff of the court jointly signed the "Commitment Letter of Liuzhou City Procuratorates to Oppose the "Four Evils"" at the meeting.
Prosecutor General Liang Tao emphasized at the meeting that cases of violations of discipline and laws involving alcohol seriously damage the image of the procuratorate team, and "zero tolerance" should be achieved for alcohol-related issues. The Yufeng District Procuratorate will adhere to the principle of consolidating and expanding the implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations and their implementation rules, and include self-inspection and self-correction of alcohol-related violations in the consolidation of the results of the education and rectification of the procuratorial team to promote comprehensive and strict management of the Party and the daily supervision and management, and make full use of various measures such as reminder talks, warning education, and criticism, insist on catching early and small signs, and strictly prevent alcohol-related violations of discipline and laws. Focusing on typical cases of violations of discipline and laws involving public officials and prosecutors in alcohol, we will benchmark and identify shortcomings and loopholes in daily management, and establish and improve supervision and control rules and regulations. All prosecutors of the court should learn from the case, build a solid ideological defense line, establish a sense of discipline and rules, strictly restrain themselves, eliminate the mentality of luck, consciously stay away from uncivilized and unhealthy life and entertainment methods, and strive to build a loyal, clean and responsible procuratorial team with good work style.
