In order to promote the implementation of a peaceful and friendly foreign policy to China, the group submitted a love letter to the Ayase Municipal Council in June this year on "Japan-China will no longer fight", hoping to submit an opinion letter to the Japanese government through the city council, but the result I got recently was "disagree".
In Japan, "disclosure" and "petition" are the two main ways for ordinary people to express their demands to the government. "Petition" is a basic national right protected by the Japanese Constitution of . It stipulates the corresponding methods and handling procedures, and needs to be introduced by the parliamentarians. In Osaki Otsukawa's view, although the Japanese government said it would strengthen the Japan-US alliance, it actually adopted a foreign policy subordinate to the United States and had no political independence. "Developing Japan-China relations and Japan-North Korea relations under the US strategy is only to serve the interests of the United States." Otsukawa Yoshiaki said that now the domestic prices in Japan are soaring, but their wages have not risen, and their pensions are still lowering. Life for many people is becoming increasingly difficult. China is Japan's neighbor and Japan's largest trading partner, and is expected to achieve economic growth in the future. "China is an important country. If a hostile foreign policy towards China is adopted, it will not bring peace to Japan nor economic development."
