According to the current epidemic prevention and control situation, after the epidemic risk analysis expert group, the Chengguan District Leading Group on responding to the new crown pneumonia research and decision that on the basis that some low-risk areas have resumed production and living order in the early stage, 79 communities and units in the low-risk areas of 17 villages (communities) in Chengguan District have resumed production and living order in an orderly manner. The following announcement is now on matters related to continuing to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and gradually restoring production and living order:
1. On the basis that some low-risk areas have resumed production and living order in the early stage, From 0:00 on October 7, 2022, 79 communities and units in low-risk areas in 17 villages (communities) in Chengguan District have resumed production and living order in an orderly manner (see the attachment for details). In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)", strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures in low-risk areas, continue to consolidate the results of epidemic prevention and control, and ensure that the recovery is not resolved and epidemic prevention is not relaxed.
2. Adhere to the overall strategy of "preventing imports from outside and preventing rebound from inside" and the general policy of "dynamic zeroing", maintain the activation state of the epidemic prevention and control command system, further strengthen local management responsibilities, departmental supervision responsibilities, unit main responsibilities and individual self-management responsibilities, strengthen force support and scientific guidance, and continue to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control. Strengthen dynamic monitoring, extinguish new positive cases in the society, and consolidate the results of epidemic prevention and control with the fastest and most powerful measures.
3. Adhere to the convenience of being nearby and not crossing communities, and advocate not leaving the community unless necessary and really need to go out, and on the premise of taking personal protection, go out in an orderly and timely manner.
4. On the premise of strictly reporting and approval and implementing epidemic prevention measures, priority will be given to the opening of supermarkets, vegetable shops, catering stores (takeout only, not dine-in), pharmacies, barber shops and other business places closely related to people's livelihood. All business premises strictly implement prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, checking nucleic acids, temperature measurement and scanning codes, staggered peak flow restrictions, and timed disinfection. Those who refuse to implement or do not strictly implement the measures will be closed in accordance with the law and regulations once verified.
5. Public cultural activity venues, public entertainment and leisure places, tourist attractions, religious places, etc. are not open for the time being. The closed-loop management of special places such as children's welfare homes, nursing homes, prisons, etc. Implement the implementation of "delaying weddings, simple funerals, and no banquets", and no large-scale conferences and activities are not held for the time being. The time for resumption of classes in each school shall be subject to the notice of the education department.
6. Residents should take personal protection, wash their hands frequently, ventilate frequently, and wear masks. Once suspicious symptoms of new coronavirus pneumonia such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, and decreased sense of smell (taste), they should report to the community as soon as possible and seek medical treatment at the designated hospital.

According to the epidemic prevention and control situation, we will gradually open up communities and units in low-risk areas. Cadres and people of all ethnic groups in the district are requested to strictly abide by all regulations on epidemic prevention, jointly protect a healthy home with practical actions, consolidate hard-won prevention and control results, coordinate epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, and welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with practical actions.
