In order to conscientiously implement the important deployment of the Lishu District Party Committee and Government and the superior procuratorate on serving and ensuring the healthy development of the private economy, Wang Shunyao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Procurator General of the Lishu Court, held a special meeting to carefully study and implement the deployment of visits to private enterprises, and pointed out that it is necessary to implement specific matters that rely on the connection of enterprises, understand the actual difficulties of enterprises, and give full play to the judicial guarantee service functions of the procuratorate.
During the visit, Zhang Guoqing, deputy procurator of Lishuyuan, had in-depth exchanges with the company's head, learned in detail about the operating conditions of enterprises and the future development plans, actively asked about the needs of the company and the difficulties encountered in the development process, and solicited opinions and suggestions from the company on procuratorial work. At the same time, Zhang Guoqing introduced to the enterprises the examples of the Lishu District Procuratorate in recent years that relied on the "four major procuratorates" of civil, administrative and public interest litigation to promote regional economic development, and focused on explaining to enterprises the relevant legal knowledge such as patent application, contract review and Labor Law , and stated that the procuratorate will continue to be committed to serving and protecting private enterprises and provide better legal guarantees and procuratorial products for the high-quality development of regional economy.
