According to the Myanmar Road Freight Services Entrepreneurs Association and truck drivers, in the armed conflict, the number of freight trucks heading to the upper Sega region of Myanmar has decreased, and only those located in the region provide freight services.
Expressway freight truck driver Ko Khin Maung Myint said that due to the attacks on some buses and freight trucks, authorities imposed restrictions on some goods in the area, and freight services and truck drivers refused to transport goods to the Sega area.
Truck drivers located in the area are still providing cargo transportation services. Those from other states and territories did not go to Shiga because it was very dangerous for them and the searches along the road were strengthened. Furthermore, they do not know which items are restricted.

At present, authorities have stepped up searches in Miyek and Davi in the Sage area and Delindayi area. According to a road bus driver, sometimes truck drivers are forced to bribe at some checkpoints.
This driver is, of course, and has concerns. During the conflict, we cannot travel peacefully. At present, the situation in Shiga and Monywa has deteriorated. Authorities have stepped up their efforts in lower Myanmar areas such as Myeik and Dawei. However, the checkpoint I had to go through did not search the vehicle, but instead sought a bribe.
In the towns of Shwebo, Depayin, Taze, Minkin and Kanni in the Shga region, armed conflicts often break out between the Myanmar army and the local people's defense forces, and sometimes freight trucks and passenger buses are blocked in armed conflicts.
